10% of the net ARR booked in the first year — that's the contract value after any discounts, not gross list price. We'll share the exact figure with you before paying out.
Within 30 days of the customer paying their first invoice. You'll get a notification email when we initiate the transfer. Choose wire or Ingram Micro credit note in the form.
Submit the form and we'll check. If they're not already in an active sales process with us, your referral stands. If there's an existing opportunity, we'll discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
